Mom has had a busy week. She went out with the sister missionaries again. They were teaching a fellow who had been studying the Bible and decided there was more. He prayed and the next day the sister knocked on his door!
She has also been set apart as a temple worker and will be working one shift a week in the Chicago Temple.
We saw Rise of the Planet of the Apes (yes we can do this) and mom was reluctant to go (did not think she would like it). We both liked it.
I am continuing to get calls, but the other doctor takes over the western half of the area today.
We are excited about a new granddaughter.
The weather remains very good and we are walking daily (6 miles yesterday)

I LOVED seeing your pictures of Chicago. Question: Why don't you ride the elevated train? We rode it all of the time. Crime? Structural? Just curious. We have already put in the dates of when we are coming out: we have Spring Break March 12-16th. We are going to drive out to Chicago on Friday the 9th, and stay until probably Thursday or Friday hitting all of the Nauvoo sites as well. Jonathan is doing a trek that week with the Youth and we will fly him back on Wednesday the 14th for that. Excited to hear all of your adventures and that mom is enjoying her assignments. Anyone else in the family planning a trip out at that time? We are trying to talk Matt and Catherine to come out with us, too :) Love you guys!
